One of the best books I've ever read when it boils down to guerilla strategies to creating wealth in real estate. You won't find any hype cluttering this fantastic, full blown report in succeeding in realty... I can't imagine a more lucrative profession than being a Realtor. The learning curve isn't too steep... you can be up and running a million-dollar real estate business if you are energetic enough and have the p***ion to succeed.
This book has awaken the entrepreneurial spirit in me and I've put it in my marketing ****nal because I am going to pursue this business soon... my parents were realtors but I didn't follow their roots... soon I will and this book will be my "Insider Realtor's Secret Guide"... enjoy!
